What happens after an accident
Start by sending photos of the damaged areas and your vehicle details. Include a wider view as well as close-ups so we can understand where the damage sits. If you are unsure whether the vehicle is safe to drive, arrange transport instead of driving it to the shop.
Inspect the damage and define the repair
A collision can affect more than the visible bumper or panel. Inspection helps establish what can be repaired, what needs replacement, and whether further assessment is needed. The repair plan should account for bodywork, parts, and paint rather than the appearance of the damage alone.
Insurance and self-pay repairs
Tell us whether you have an insurance claim and provide the claim details when available. The repair scope can change if inspection reveals additional damage. For self-pay work, discuss the proposed scope and pricing before authorizing repairs.
